I offer faith-based and integrated therapy, specializing in a person-centered approach, respecting and honoring the autonomy of each individual. With the belief that there is not one "cookie -cutter" answer for all situations, I aim to customize the therapeutic experience for each individual. I primarily work with Veterans, first-responders, athletes, adolescents, emerging adults, and couples.
